Has Johnny Depp Ever Won An Oscar Award?

Johnny Depp is perhaps the single most beloved and admired actor of our time, however it comes as a tremendous surprise that he has never be awarded an Oscar for his superb work.

Mr. Depp has been nominated for an Academy Award for his role in movies such as Finding Neverland and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, but he failed to win the trophy.

So the answer is no, Johnny Depp has never won an Oscar award. But i can't help but think he'll win one very soon, perhaps for his work in the upcoming movie entitled The Rum Diary.
